La maison est magnifique, l emplacement magique nous avons passé un séjour en famille très reposant dans un cadre idyllique . La vue sur le lac est superbe, la maison semble flotter sur l eau . L accueil est également parfait Je recommande vivement l endroit !!

We had a lovely time staying here it was everything we had hoped for and more. Florie was so helpful and punctual explaining how everything worked on arrival dealing with my queries promptly then during check out going beyond her remit and helping me dispose of our own poubelles, the best Air bnb host I’ve come across you can’t miss this place it’s right on the lake with its own private pontoon, I read books & relaxed when time permitted, a wonderful book about a Pilot’s wife, the children went skiing daily conquering their fears taking risks then learning new skills to keep safe daily whilst shouting with glee, we even donned wetsuits I bought with us on top of all the ski gear & I swam in the lake, we certainly didn’t stay on screens or in our bedrooms the whole holiday, what a beautiful tranquil setting for our school break thank you so much the only thing I’m sad about I missed the forest horse ride I booked for us all because my friend hurt his leg skiing so sorry Alex nxt timeXx

L’emplacement face au lac avec ponton privé Est une expérience à vivre, l’accueil et le suivi de Florie est au top. Cette maison reste peu voire mal entretenue extérieur comme intérieur (nappe déchirée, draps jaunis…) , ce qui gâche inévitablement l’effet prestation haut de gamme ´ vendue sur l’annonce. Le prix important à la nuitée n’est pas justifié au regard de la prestation globale, l’environnement ne peu pas tout faire.

Superb location and lovely property. Relatively speaking, based on the location it's really good value for money. Felt like a little peace of heaven of Lake Annecy. The views from the terraces were breath-taking.
