在峰家度过了美好的4天，民宿离新宿站不远，闹中取静，居民区非常安静，一家人住非常舒适。管理者袁非常热情，提供了很多便利给我们，非常感谢，期待下次再会！

Excellent séjour à 2 stations de Shinjuku tout en étant au calme. Un petit café se trouve au pied de la location proposant des cafés, chocolats chaud et cheesecakes. Sur le chemin vers le métro (à moins de 10 minutes à pied) il y a un petit centre commercial ouvert jusqu'à 23h, un Mister Donuts et un Delifrance. En continuant à pied, il y a un temple et un grand parc pour les enfants avec une tyrolienne. Le logement est petit mais avec tout le nécessaire. Nous avons pu faire nos machines directement sur place ce qui nous a évité de nous charger en vêtements et donc de garder de la place pour les nombreux souvenirs. Les enfants ont adoré dormir sur des futons et nous avoir un vrai lit dans une chambre séparée. Nous recommandons le logement.

Clean, easy to find, <10 mins from Higashi-Nakano Station. Apartment has everything you need. We went there with 5 people, so the space got just a little tight with our bags, but since you‘re going to be exploring all day anyway, it is perfectly fine. Public transportation within walking distance. Communication and check-in was very smooth.

Great location to stay whilst in Japan. Close to a train station which made it super convenient and easy to get to the main cities of Shinjuku & Shibuya. Stairs are quite small and narrow (as noted on their listing) which we struggled to bring our suitcases up and down, however as we were checking out, we received help from a lovely staff member. Sound travels so we often heard the conversations and footsteps of our neighbours as they were passing through or from the neighbours upstairs which we found annoying. Host definitely make a big effort to remind guests to keep their volume down so this is no fault of the host.

Awesome home to stay in! We stayed at a couple of places on a trip to Japan and this was hands down our favorite. A pretty spacious area with nice amenities. It’s also in a little strip with tons of small shops that gave it a nice “homey” feel. Highly recommend!
