Hershey Adventure Awaits! Hang out and relax in the awesome outdoor space featuring a large private saltwater inground pool available May-Sept, plenty of outdoor seating options, sunroom, and large fenced in backyard which is perfect for yard games. This newly remodeled 1,700 sq ft ranch home comfortable accommodates 12 people in 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The kitchen is fully stocked and the dining areas have seating for all. The maximum occupancy for Hershey Adventure is 12 people. The outdoor pool is saltwater and ranges from 3 feet deep to 8 feet deep. It will be available from May through end of September (weather permitting). The outdoor seating areas will be available April through October. The large fenced in yard is perfect for yard games such as cornhole and Kan Jam. The living room has a 65 inch smart TV, board games, books, and card games. The Park bedroom has a seating area which includes a 55 inch smart TV, foosball coffee table, and Nintendo Wii gaming system with rockband. The kitchen is fully stocked with a large variety of pots and pans, dishware, coffee pot and keurig (k-cups & coffee not provided), toaster, waffle maker, electric griddle, crockpot, and blender. Each bedroom has its own TV and linens are included. You will need to bring your own towels (bath & pool) but bed linens are provided. Towels can be rented for an additional $125. Other amenities include wifi, central AC and ceiling fans, clothes washer and dryer, hair dryers, and clothes iron. You will need to bring your own toiletries, food and beverages. Below are the bedrooms and bed combinations: The Sweet (Suite) Bedroom - 1 King Bed with attached half bath The Capital Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed The Farm Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed The Park Bedroom - 2 Single over Full Bunk Beds with attached full bathroom Nearby Attractions Include: Hershey - Park, Chocolate World, Museum, Gardens, Outlets, Med Center, Giant Center (10 mins) In the Net Sports Complex and Klick Lewis Arena (10 mins) Lancaster - Amish Country (45 mins) Harrisburg State Capitol (30 mins) Mount Gretna - Lake, Biking, Hiking, Galleries (20 mins) Grocery Stores and Restaurants (5-10 mins) Hollywood Casino (15 mins) Please read all the house rules. Trevor & Heidi were super responsive and keep an immaculate home. Everything was explained thoroughly and the home was super comfortable.
The house was perfect for our family vacation to Hershey Park. Even with 8 adults and 4 kids all under the age of 10, we had plenty of space and slept comfortably. The beds were the comfiest ones we’ve slept in and the two separate dining tables came in handy with the size of the group we had. The games & having a TV in every room were also a nice addition for entertainment. Washer and dryer and dishwasher were helpful amenities to have as well. The house was clean and well taken care of. Location was also a huge plus. We were only 10 mins from a strip that had many restaurants, fast food, gas stations, shops and a quick drive to Hershey. Trevor and Heidi were always quick in their response and were very accommodating. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a home away from home.
Trevor and Heidi were AMAZING hosts! Their space was spotless, spacious and SO comfortable for our big family. The two dining tables, fully stocked kitchen and the living room furniture made this an ideal stay! It was centrally located to all that we explored! We would highly recommend this place to others visiting the Hershey area!

The home is located in a rural development on an acre lot. There are neighbors on both sides and across the street but no houses along the back of the property. Streets are wide and lightly traveled so they are great for walking, running, or biking along. The neighborhood is close to all area attractions and highways but yet is far enough away to be quiet, peaceful and relaxing.
Please note there is a sportsmen's club nearby the house (almost a mile away) so you may hear shooting of targets off in the distance during the day but not at night.
Will need a vehicle to travel to and from the property as public transportation is not available though ride share is. There is enough parking in the driveway to comfortably fit 4 cars. If needed, there is a second access driveway on the side of lot that can also be used for overflow parking.
