Relax with the whole family at this rural acreage which offers all the features of the bush but all within an hour's drive from the city. You'll have access to a modern kitchen and a screened outdoor bbq area, two bedrooms both with ensuites, a cosy fireplace, for winter and nine acres of outdoor property to explore and relax. You will have access to the main part of the house and full kitchen, which we do not access when we have guests. We will be separated by a breezeway in the same house. We have only owned the property for a short while and have lots of plans to improve the home and gardens and are a long way from making it look perfect! We have a mix-n-match of furniture throughout however your master bedroom and ensuite are comfortable and cosy. The Master bedroom is large and has a king bed, TV, walk in robe and ensuite. The second bedroom is quite small and has a queen bed and ensuite. You will also have access to a shared laundry (9am - 3pm if we are home). Feel free to explore the larger backyard checking out our local flora and fauna. Kangaroos and wallabies often visit early in the morning or early afternoon. Enjoy the abundant birdlife in the surrounding bush including kookaburras, rainbow lorikeets, pale faced rosellas, kingfishers, sulphur crested cockatoos, corellas, galahs, plovers, butcher birds, King parrots and occasionally black cockatoos! You will have a full kitchen with a gas top stove and electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery utensils and saucepans. We will also will have basic food for your arrival including, breakfast cereal, butter, cold milk, alternative long life milks, pepper, salt and oil. The nearest grocery store is 10 minutes away. Woolworths Bannockburn is the closest and there is also a Woolworths in Logan Village which also has a bakery and the Logan Village Tavern (recommended for lunch and dinner).
