Si regresamos a Quito, no dudaríamos en reservar nuevamente este loft: - perfecta ubicación 📍🌇 - excelente comunicación 💬 - muy buenos consejos y extras 🚕🍽️🍻 Estamos muy agradecidos con Mila, Mateo y Felipe por habernos ayudado de una manera muy descomplicada durante nuestra estadía en Quito. Desde el loft tendréis acceso cercano a diferentes actividades cerca y a las afueras de Quito.

This gem just far away from the madness to be relaxing and calming while being a ten min walk to the centro, the basicala, several amazing art galleries and the like. The loft is well equipped and comfortable. The space is amazing due to the high ceilings and awesome outdoor deck. I would totally stay here again. This was the perfect place to call home while in the city.

Felipe’s place is AMAZING. Beautiful views of Quito from the terrace and the entire place has floor to ceiling windows so you can enjoy it from anywhere in the loft. It’s located on a quiet street, but still close to the Centro Historico. We found some cute cafes for breakfast nearby (try Chuta Madre!!!). Felipe and Mila were so kind and helpful. They provided many great suggestions. If this place is available, book it! You won’t regret it.

Cool loft with a nice view. The area around the building wasn't really a fun place to walk. I don't know much about Quito, so I don't know if there's a better area to stay in, if you want to walk around
