Amenities-Swimming Pool, Gym, High Speed Lift, Children's playground, Free Parking, Tight Security, Solar-Powered Hot Water Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a king size bed plus a dedicated work space (table & chair) Other bedroom has two king single bed (great for children or adults alike) Third bedroom has a queen bed with ironing provision (ironing board & iron) Kitchen is fully-equipped with all required electronics - microwave, cooker/oven, fridge, kettle & blender (for making sumptuous smoothies or for those with small children) and sufficient utensils (including plastic-ware for children) Open plan set-up with combined dining and sitting room making up the spacious living space 5-seater Recliners seats for added comfort when relaxing and unwinding on Netflix and dining set for meals Laundry room has washing machine and all required cleaning equipment and adequate detergents

The place was exactly as described and very neat. Irene took good care of us and was always quick to respond if we had any issues or questions.
We stayed with my family here for 3 nights. It easily accommodated all six of us. The place was well located for us. The apartment was clean and cosy and WiFi was available. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Irene was responsive and would check to ensure everything was alright.

2. Opposite a police station and near an army barrack - This provides added sense of safety and security.
3. Near the Nairobi Central Business District (CBD) thus very convenient and accessible via both public and private means.
4. Great tarmacked roads with proper street lighting.
5. Very close proximity (less than 10 minutes drive) to Kenya's & East Africa's leading private hospital (The Nairobi Hospital) and other Grade A private hospitals (e.g. Coptic Hospital) and Kenya's & East Africa's leading public hospital (The Kenyatta National Hospital).
5. Close proximity to high-end malls (e.g. Yaya Centre) and a 24-hour hyper-market (Quickmart), with banking halls and multiple shops.
1. There is sufficient, free and safe/secure parking within the apartment complex (with ground floor and basement parking spaces available).
2. If using public means - Just outside the apartment complex there is a nearby bus stop.
3. If using private means - taxi or Uber, these are also readily and quickly available.
4. The area is safe for taking walks and jogging as it is near a police station, an army barrack, high-end hotels and busy malls, 24-hour supermarket thus very secure.
