Located in the vibrant and eclectic Paris 19th arrondissement, my flat is perfect for an authentic and enjoyable Parisian stay. It's comfy and decorated with taste. You’ll be surrounded by beautiful plants, curated artworks and books in both French and English. The area is very appreciated by locals and tourists alike. I’ll happily share my favourite spots and tips! The living room includes a comfy sofa to relax at the end of an intense day, a big smart TV, a vintage dinner table with mid-century designer chairs. The open fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a kettle, a toaster and an espresso machine. In the bedroom you’ll find a double bed with a premium mattress for a good night sleep. You’ll be surrounded by beautiful plants, curated artworks and books in both French and English. Don’t hesitate to ask where artworks are from or how to source plants from my extensive collection! The shared bathroom includes a bathtub. You'll be sharing the space with me and my adorable cat Jinkx. You will be very well served by public transport, but you might want to enjoy Paris by bike using the nearby mechanical or electric velib easy rentals nearby.

Marion is an amazing host and she was very responsive and attentive from the beginning to the end. She shared great local recommendations and always helped me go around the city with ease. The flat itself is amazingly decorated and it gives you a welcoming vibe and Marion really makes you feel at home. Great stay and would definitely recommend!
Je suis venue 4 jours-3 nuits pour une formation. Je recommande vivement. Le logement est impeccable, très bien conçu et très agréable par sa décoration faite avec beaucoup de goût. Marion est une hôtesse hyper agréable, gentille et très discrète. Je me suis sentie très à l'aise. Bravo et Merci Marion. Je reviendrai avec beaucoup de plaisir.

Marion is an excellent host with many local recommendations. Her place is wonderfully designed with much attention to detail. She is extremely helpful and proactive and it was a wonderful place to stay.

The 19th arrondissement is a varied and eclectic district, great for families and people who like to go out. Don't forget to visit :
- The Parc des Buttes Chaumont for a stroll, a jog, a break in the sun or a beer on the famous Rosa Bonheur terrace;
- Parc de la Villette, with its concerts, exhibitions and activities for all ages;
- The Bassin de la Villette and its canals, where you can enjoy restaurants, bars, cinemas and boats, or even hire a small boat without a licence from Marin d'eau douce to discover the canals of Paris!
