The house is in a quiet street with very little traffic. You can park in the street just in front of the house or inside the garage. Bicycles can also be kept here. Entrance to the house is through the front patio. To go into the house you have to go up some stairs. All the rooms are on one level, on the ground floor. GROUND FLOOR You go into the house up three steps. Lounge-dining room with TV, fireplace, sofas, wooden dining table and chairs, shelving unit and views of the patio in front of the house. Well-equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances you will need for your stay, with a door leading to the patio at the back of the house. The sleeping area has three bedrooms, two of them double with a double bed and the third one with a single bed. Full bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. OUTSIDE The house has two outdoor areas, one ideal for the summer and the other for the colder winter months. Patio in front of the house with ground covered with small pebbles, terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The other patio is at the back of the house and is covered, and you get to it from the kitchen. It has tables and chairs, a washing machine, ironing board and clothes lines. The house has wifi and parking inside the garage (for one car). For the hotter months of the year, the house is situated very close to the municipal swimming pool which has reasonable rates for visitors.
