Mary’s home was inviting and comfortable, filled with art from all over the world as well as many pieces of Mary’s own creation. The location was a great jumping off point to explore that part of the Hudson Valley and it’s a very short drive to Hudson, a small city with a lot of very good restaurants!!!! Mary herself is a very interesting and kind person who knows the area well and makes you feel at home in her lovely house.

What a wonderful home and host to have found with Mary! I enjoyed just walking around or sitting in the kitchen and living space with my coffee and studying the beautiful art. Mary is a lovely person to talk to as well, and I will certainly check her availability first when I come back to Hudson!

Mary’s place is beautifully decorated, comfortable, well situated. And Mary is a wonderful host! I highly recommend going to her place when going up the Hudson Valley

My daughter stayed at this property for 6 weeks. Below is the comment from her: I was greeted with so much love and kindness when I first arrived. Mary's home is so warm and welcoming and full of her beautiful paintings. I had my own private room with a bathroom attached. The room was very cozy and the lack of light/noise pollution at night made sure I was well rested. I had access to the kitchen as well as the washer/dryer, making it a convenient stay. Mary has such a beautiful garden and a very comfortable patio to sit outside and picnic or just enjoy time in nature. I did spend a lot of time with Mary and have certainly made a lifelong friend during my stay. She helped me navigate living in a new town and connected me with so many like-minded people. Leaving Mary and her home was so hard, but I know I've made a very meaningful friendship in this warm and welcoming town. Very thankful for choosing this Airbnb and will definitely visit again soon :)
