Had some difficulty getting the keys at reception as they didn't think they were responsible for handing out keys. Called a number given by reception but no reply. Eventually handed over key and fobs. Little bit unusual the journey to the actual apartment if you are a first timer from reception. Once you get the hang of the layout it's easy. Instructions pretty comprehensive and apartment was excellent. All in all very pleased with everything
Great stay
The welcome guide was very helpful and made it a lot easier to find where we needed to be. The apartment itself was spotless and in a great location.
Was a lovely stay, very clean and great location for restaurants and shops
The flat was great, I was impressed on how clean it was! It was very difficult to understand how to get there despite the clear instructions sent in the guide. The key pick up was about 6-7min walk from the flat. There was a video instruction on how to get there, but the post code wasn’t sending to the right place. It would be good to just mention it’s behind the Hotel Moxy, and the WHAT3WORDS app called it “STALL-REPLIED-FINAL”. The property rep was very responsive and very helpful with me on the phone helping me find it. After that, I drove my car to the underground parking and looked for the allocated spot which was at the 2nd floor underneath, it was a bit time consuming to find. After that, there is a lift that takes you to a private big community garden, and thare is another 2-3min walk to the building. Then another lift to the flat. It’s a bit of an effort to get there, but the apartment is stunning and in the centre of Milton Keynes! We really enjoyed our stay
