On a quiet street, surrounded by trees, "Sailors Lookout" is the perfect place for a family gathering and as a base for exploring Pt Reyes National Seashore and surrounding villages. This charming & comfortable house has been lovingly updated to add modern comforts with lots of art. An ideal place to retreat and relax. You get the entire space & gardens! The house accommodates 3 people upstairs in the main house, and 1-2 additional guests may use bedroom downstairs. with a separate entrance. Our house and is on 1/3 of an acre with a large redwood deck outside the front door, with a dining area and a gas BBQ grill. The ample living room in the house displays art pieces on the walls and bookshelves, and the open kitchen serves a large farm-style table, ideal for a gathering. While we are not a hotel and things may not be pristine, it's our home and we welcome you as our guest! Upstairs, 3 people will be comfortable! Two in the master bedroom with a king-size bed (76"w x 80"h) with an organic mattress and organic cotton sheets. And one guest will be in the bedroom/office which has a Murphy Bed with an organic twin-size (38"w x 75"h) mattress. Downstairs, the cozy bedroom can accommodate 2 more people. This space downstairs features a kitchenette and an attached bathroom, the super cozy bed has a queen-size (60"w x 80"h) organic mattress and sheets. The garden has been beautifully landscaped, and there is a Bocce Ball court that visitors are welcome to use, as well as a sitting area above the Bocce Ball court that is perfect for enjoying lunch, or an evening glass of wine.
