Sliders lead to outdoor balcony with BBQ and outdoor seating with a view to the pool and canal. House is open and bright with lots of seating area inside and out, and so much to do. Updated home with top of the line appliances with ice and water filter from refrigerator-tablet to check the weather, order food, play games, play music, and so much more. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities needed. Two bedrooms have sliders that look out to the pool. 3 bedrooms, 2 Full size Bathrooms, upstairs. One bedroom and half bathroom downstairs. Whole House Water Softener to keep your skin extra clean and smooth. Large Fenced in backyard. Pet friendly with access to large dog crate if needed. Have young kids? Pack'n'play, small stroller and high chair available We make our home to make it as if you didn't leave your home and have lots of amenities available from shampoo, conditioner, body soap, baby wipes, first aid kit, and more. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities needed to cook just about anything We have boats and Jet Skis available to rent for an additional fee. Contact me for more information. Limited availability. Booking ahead to reserve is highly recommended. We have 3 adult bikes and more coming soon. No helmets at site. ** Use of Pool heater is an additional cost per day, as some guests may not want this feature. Pool Heater will be set at a maximum of 85 degrees. Pool is not a hot tub, and it's just to keep it warm. Please be mindful that the pool heater takes time to reach its temperature. Request at time of check-in or a day before. the kayaks and canoes were on the arbnb ad but note in house says not to use. fold out couch upstairs had crumbs and wasn't comfortable. also the futon downstairs was very hard. don't think that it accommodates 13. the downstairs shower wasn't functioning which was hard for 10 people to have 2 showers. A few concerns of hornets nests out front and finally the grounds and pool area needs some TLC, decking needs replacement.
We had a great stay! The house was spotless and the location was great, we had so much fun with the pool and kayaks. Definitely planning on staying again
From the first interaction, Tina made sure you felt like family coming to stay at her place. Beautiful open concept/ confortable bed/ beautiful shower/ game room and so much more. Close enough to local attractions and aa quick shot to clearwater. You cant go wrong staying here.
We arrived at night, and everything checked out. The upstairs floor plan is open concept and allows everyone to be in the same space while cooking, hanging out and eating. However when we woke up, we realized that the property really needed attention. Paintings, light plates, door knobs, doors, curtain rods, grill, deck, pool, bathrooms, towels and floors were in need of repair. This place is priced high enough that we expected better. Tina herself is lovely and helpful.
Tina was awesome from the start! We talked a few times leading up to the trip. She was flexible and helped us whenever we needed it! At one point she came over to help us with heating the pool! She was a great host- she had baby stuff out for my young ones as well ;) we loved this house- great for families!!

Boaters and golf cart community. Down to earth neighbors in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Pinellas Trail is located 2 min from the house, right behind the neighborhood. Highly recommend taking bikes and going towards (left) Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks or (right) going to downtown Palm Harbor, Crystal Beach, or Downtown Dunedin or Dunedin Causeway. Super neat paved trail.
Also, the Valspar Golf Championship is walking distance from the house, which is a huge event in March. Get your tickets if you love golfing!!
Beaches nearby - Dunedin Causeway, Fred Howard Park Beach, Sunset Beach, Crystal Beach, Honeymoon Island. All within 5-15 min away. We have cooler, beach chairs, towels and etc. for your beach adventures.

My name is Tina Hoover and My husband is Tim. I have 3 kids, and my husband has 3 kids, 6 total, and we have a big dog, and lots of fish. Haha. We are a great big family and work full time jobs. We used to lived in this house and just absolutely loved it as there was always something to do. We ended up moving to a bigger home near by, and decided to list it and share the fun we had.
