This little slice of paradise is nestled at the end of a private lane. My bright and airy basement suite has its own private entrance, with self-check-in ability. This open concept living area has various amenities including hotplate, fridge, air fryer, 55" tv with premium cable and Firestick along with reliable internet. The breathtaking views of the river can be enjoyed from the large yard. We are very close to the tracks and so trains do go by 3 or 4 times a day. Pets are welcome!

Morag’s Airbnb ligt op een geweldige locatie. Morag reageerde heel snel op berichtjes en gaf duidelijke instructies hoe we in het appartement konden komen. Het appartement was ruim, schoon en alles was aanwezig. Zelfs voor de hond waren er koekjes en dekens aanwezig. Wij waren er maar 2 nachten, maar had er graag langer verbleven. Een aanrader.
I really loved staying here so much and I’d love to come back. The place is way nicer than the photos, it’s spotlessly clean, so cozy and comfortable, nice hot shower, very comfortable bed, big windows for tons of natural light. Perfect yard to walk the dogs around in to do their business. The lake views are stunning and Morag was very reachable. Over a smooth and comfortable stay.
The suite has all the necessary amenities and the hostess went above and beyond expectations regarding cooperating during my stay. Would definitely recommend anyone.
Beautiful place, very quiet and peaceful. We stayed over Christmas, very conveniently located so we could visit family. Thank you, we enjoyed our short stay.

I'm at the end of a private lane, just off the Nerepis Road. There is a church across the street and an elementary school a few yards away, It is private and quiet here on the river. There are ducks that live on the river and even the occasional eagle. In the summer the river is a buzz with boats and there are 5 or 6 that moor close to my place. Also a 5 minute walk from the Westfield Ferry that takes you over to the Kingston Peninsula. It is possible to get down to the beach from my property but it's better suited to goats and dogs! Last summer the water was high so there was not much beach at all. There is a convenience store and eatery a 5 minute walk from here, or Tim Hortons about a 10 minute drive in the heart of Grandbay. I am 20 minutes from Saint John, and 50 minutes from Fredericton. Conveniently located close to hiway access my place is easy to find.
You have to drive to get to any restaurants or stores with the exception of the Westfield Store and Eatery that is half a kilometer from here across from the ferry.
