Cute & cosy home from home 2 double bed terrace cottage. Everything on the doorstep. Located on the West / North Yorkshire border on the edge of the National Park & 30 minutes from Leeds; the house is a superb base to explore from .Our house is super dog friendly with throws to allow cheeky snuggles on the massive chaise sofa in front of the telly & secure sun trap yard at the back for feasting & basking. We welcome paws & boots for a casual & worry free adventure. Weekly stays by arrangement. Front fenced garden with cottage planting & clover 'lawn' for the bees with a path up to steps to the front door. Straight into the living room carpeted but with washable rug runners for muddy boots & paws. Living room has large chaise sofa , bookshelves, satellite TV with Netflix, music system / dab radio. Through to the kitchen which has floor times and comes with fridge freezer, washing machine , electric hob and oven , microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. It also has a pull down small table with 2 chairs . The back door leads out to the back yard area laid to Indian stone flags & fully secure. There is a range of seating and a fire pit. Up the stairs to 2 double bedrooms both with double beds and bedside tables. The largest front bedroom also has built in wardrobe space and chest of drawers. The 2nd bedroom has additional hanging space for clothes. All bedding and towels including ones suitable for dogs are provided. Up a further half set of stairs is the small but perfectly formed bathroom complete with toilet, basin and electric shower over the bath. The house is centrally heated throughout. The house is well stocked with kitchen utensils and equipment including picnic bags . I usually provide a small array of emergency toiletries just in case things are forgotten.
