Located on the first floor of a traditional Charleston Single House, this newly renovated space is a design lover’s dream. Step off the piazza into the beautiful living, dining and fully equipped open kitchen area. The large L-shaped sofa anchoring the living room is perfect for catching up with friends or your favorite shows on the Smart TV preloaded with top streaming apps. The adjacent dining room can comfortably seat 6, with additional countertop seating for three. The beautiful and functional galley style kitchen also includes a workspace for any last-minute emails before clocking out. Past the kitchen, the primary bedroom comes fit with a king-sized bed, an elegant wallpaper, Smart TV, desk area and stunning ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a large walk in shower. The second bedroom features a bold pink statement wallpaper, a king-sized bed, a Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and large walk-in shower. The third bedroom offers a modern spin on a floral wallpaper, a comfortable king-sized bed, a desk and seating area, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Enjoy a cocktail on your private outdoor seating area on the first floor piazza before heading out on the town and experiencing Charleston’s amazing restaurants, historical sites and nightlife just steps away. 2 parking spaces reserved for guests to the right of the property in the gravel driveway, making packing and unpacking a breeze.

The layout of the house was great, the location was perfect and everything was easy to navigate. The only two negatives are that being on the first floor, we could hear every footstep on the second floor; and there was a lot of dust inside dresser drawers thay got all over a few things. But would absolutely stay again!
Great location with on-site parking. We didn’t get to check out the cool restaurants in the neighborhood, but I’m positive they are all wonderful. The home is beautifully decorated and squeaky clean. We had a great weekend in Charleston and would love to stay here next time we visit.
Space and layout was perfect for our weekend with daughter, son-in-law, and grandson!
The home is beautiful. My friends and I had an amazing time. The host is very responsive and very sweet. The location was great. The beds were very comfortable. The living room is very spacious and perfect for the 6 of us to lounge on. Overall very clean and looked exactly what the images showed!
This was a great place to stay for our short time in Charleston. It was very well stocked with everything we needed and had plenty of space. The king-sized beds in every room are a nice bonus. There is a fair amount of extra noise from guests in the adjoining unit, so our daughters appreciated the white noise machine in their bedroom. Communication with Duvet was great, as well as parking and check-in. Overall a great rental.
