A modern, spacious bungalow with views over the sea and Snowdonia, tucked away on a quiet lane within 5 minutes walking distance of the beach, village shops and restaurants of Trearddur Bay. The house is surrounded by large gardens and a patio. Access is via a private road with no passing traffic. The beach is a short walk, either via public footpath or residential roads. This is a lovely secluded area of Trearddur Bay with everything conveniently within walking distance. This modern and spacious holiday home is perfect for family holidays, sleeps 8 with 4 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and accommodates 2 small pets. The house has a large bright, open plan kitchen and lounge area, complete with all the essential appliances including Sky TV, Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and toys/games console to entertain younger guests. The outside area offers a large driveway to accomodate 4 cars, complete with an EV charging point and has large gardens to the front and rear of the property. There is a large patio area for relaxing and outside dining with panoramic sea views.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. It is in a great location walking distance to the beach. The garden is lovely for sitting in at the end of the day and we had fun playing with the garden games. The house is so well equipped, the owner’s have thought of everything. We would love to return.
Absolutely wonderful stay! Especially with kids. Everything about the house was so easy, kids oils run around outside and we didn’t have to worry because of the gates and all the space. Inside are full of all mod cons and then some! A few minutes drive to the beach, loads of lovely places to eat, kids loved it, we loved it, the dog loved it! What more could you want x
Beautiful bungalow in lovely location with lovely sea views from lounge , not far from beach and so well equipped , top quality furniture n fittings and beds really comfy, great communication from Craig throughout stay , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay .
What a fabulous place to stay, great location. Private, peaceful but great views. Everything had been thoroughly thought through. A true home from home. Great comms, great price, great place to stay with my family for my birthday weekend. I highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!
Fantastic weekend had by all. Everyone had a smile on their face all weekend. West Wind was superb and surpassed our expectations. We booked West Wind for a triple birthday celebration (60,37 and 8!) and all age groups had a great time including the dogs. Communication with Craig was excellent, always quick to respond and the recommendations for places to eat were excellent. He sorted an early check in for us when we said our arrival was going to be earlier than expected . It was easy to keep the dogs out of the carpeted area and bedrooms due the separating glass door, an excellent feature if you’re thinking of taking your pooch. The description and pictures doesn’t do the place full justice and we would recommend anyone to try West wind if you’re looking to stay in the area. In fact after seeing our photos a few people have already asked for the details. Thank you Craig for an excellent weekend had by all. Highly recommended . Would visit again . Ross

Access is via a private road with no passing traffic, with plenty of parking in the large driveway. There is a footpath across fields to the Trearddur Bay Hotel and beach. This is a secluded area of Trearddur Bay, but everything is conveniently within walking distance.
