The house was perfect for my visit to Grimes. Close to everything I needed or wanted. Troy was very responsive.

The house was very clean and fit our family of 4 very comfortably. It was close to trails that took you to parks and the public library. Very convenient location. Troy was very responsive with our questions and reached out the day before check in.

Troy's place was exactly what we needed. The fenced in backyard was great for our dogs. Troy was prompt in his responses and we couldn't be happier with our choice.

This was a lovely place for my family to stay on a visit to Grimes. Loved that it's right across from a playground and on a quiet dead end block. great location within Grimes. we appreciated the kids activities in the kitchen. would stay again
