Location very accessible and safe. Close to esplanade, you can go for night walk. Building staffs are helpful.

Jay's place is a good choice, if you would like to explore the different parts of the island - not too far from entry and exit points of the city.
The place was nice and spacious. But, the kitchen smells very noticeable. Shower definitely needs an improvement. Overall, the place was nice and convenient. Very near on all the desired spots/destination on the city. This is a good option on your next iloilo city stay if you are a big group.
