One of the worst checking in experiences I have had with an AirBNB property, we arrived and the keys were not there, we waited over 30 mins for someone to arrive, they did not have keys, they contacted the owner who was enjoying a soiree with friends just above us. She arrived with the keys and we entered the property to find that someone else had checked into our property by mistake, their dirty clothes were strewn everywhere and their bags were installed in the property. The owner was barely apologetic under the circumstances. We received no compensation for this mix up. We then found that the extra bed had not been made up and we had to wait over an hour for the cleaner to return to do this, the amenites were just as the beds were not very comfortable and it would have been good to have an extra fan. The kitchen was not supplied very well either with a hotch potch of glasses to use. We recommend a lock box with code so that this does not happen again.

Avant toute chose un grand merci a Roméo, pour son accueil et son contact téléphonique. Maison très accueillante, propre et bien placé pour nos déplacements mais véhicule indispensable. JP
