First and foremost, Patrick was great with the communication and being accommodating. I inquired about him waiving a fee due to my circumstances and he was willing to work with me. Furthermore, his advanced day check-in really saved me as I realized I overlooked the fact that we were coming in at 4a and should have started the booking a day in advance. He was able to still get us in (with proper fees of course). He was always responsive within a reasonable time frame and his place looked very much like the photos. The place was clean but since I was traveling with two young dogs (noted in the reservation), I ended up having to sweep the floor myself as they were constantly finding stuff not suited for ingestion. This is a basement unit that could afford some more space heaters. The bathroom was frigid and the living room often felt cold even with the heater. The kitchen amenities (e.g. spices) were lacking. All in all it was a good value for the two weeks I needed to stay.

Place exactly as described. Was great for price and easy check in/out. Was a little surprised by the entry with the underneath of the house being exposed. But it was a very secure location, made it feel very safe. The street parking was very easy. The only day you can’t park on the street is Tuesday. Overall, great experience for first time Air BnB
