Excelente estancia para familias y sobretodo si requieren un espacio grande por algún viaje familiar o compromiso familiar. Tiene todas las amenidades para la comodidad de los huéspedes, la alberca muy amena con la cascada y los cuartos amplios para todas las necesidades, la única desventaja es que para salir y llegar es forzosa la renta de un automóvil, en todo caso al llegar al aeropuerto se realiza el trámite y listo, fuera del acceso forzoso con auto, es inmejorable el lugar, sobretodo si van con familia grande.
El concepto muy bueno son 5 habitaciones en la planta baja hay una habitación que es como un pequeño departamento con cocina refrigerador un sillon una cama matrimonial, una lavadora, las otras cuatro habitaciones estan en el segundo piso cada una cuentan con su baño (excelente detalle) cada habitacion tiene su ventilador y aire acondicionado y en la planta baja comparten una sala muy amplia, cocineta, un comedor con mesa de cristal, lo que si las escaleras estan muy empinadas lo cual hace un poco dificil la subida pero mas dificil la bajada sobretodo si llevas adultos mayores y niños que fue mi caso, el camino es aun de terraceria, el Chedraui esta a 15 minutos hay varias obras en construccion cerca pero no hay ruido, eso si creo que fuimos en temporada en la que la sensación termica era de 41 grados.
Vincento is #1! Super hard worker. Staff is quick to reply. Location wasn’t bad, but there was construction going on and the roads weren’t properly leveled. This made me feel bad with taxi drivers. Each driver had us walk out to the leveled street to get us. The street got leveled by the time we were finishing our stay. Nice spot, just waiting for more to be built around it so the neighborhoods look more filled.
Está muy bonita la casa el trato es espectacular y la casa está como las fotos está muy tranquilo y está de lo mejor la casa muy recomendable espero regresar pronto muchas gracias
I would definitely come back. We had a great time here. The space is all your own, no neighbors, complaining about music or anything like that.

The Villa is located in a private place, surrounded by nature. You have some lovely neighbours in front and on the sides, but they are not so close, so you will not limited for listening to music or invite some friends. We also have the huge green pure jungle space for your use, its part of the house. The owner wanted to reserve it always natural and green, so we have our own jungle, enjoy it!
You would need a motobike or a car to hanging out at night, just because we are located in a new area, some meters of the street aren't illuminated. But during the day you can move by bike with no problem, we are 3 min from thr main street Kukulkan, that takes you 5 min to the beach or 10 min to Downtown.

I would be happy to host you in our place. My name is Leandro, to built Villa I was thinking about how create a space that will never lose the jungle spirit! So I just left a big green space on the side of the Villa, natural no any intervention. The Villa Jengibre itself has many rooms and spaces to stay. Enjoy it!
