The villa is also located right across from the infamous Hagley Park and botanical gardens and is less than a 10 minute stroll to Victoria Street which has all the best bars and restaurants in the city.

Parking is available onsite for free, or if you have more than one car, you can park your car on the road for free right outside the villa. The villa is located on a major bus route, so you just need to step onto the footpath a wave a bus down.
