The tiny house was actually very spacious. Very clean and amazing views of the water. Loved loved the Casita. We had a baby with us so it worked out wonderful having the casita away from the house. The only thing that was deceiving in the pictures was I thought we could be in the sand area on the water from the house. You had to walk down about 4 houses down to the stairs. Property is on the water but directly from the house is big rocks. Neighbors were very friendly and its a quiet area. This tiny place is just what we needed. Thank you.

Our favorite place we've stayed at in Parker so far! So easy to pull our boat in and out of the water. Great having the casita for our family that came for the day so there were two separate spaces for people with kids (IYKYK). Will definitely stay here again!

It is a beautiful place right on the river. Love that it had a casita which created more space, loved the covered parking and ample outdoor seating. Dock is shared but close to cabin. Pictures are a bit deceiving as there were kayaks but they were locked and no where did it say if/how you could use them. There were switches with green dots but we had no idea what that meant. No toilet paper in main house, hand soap or any sort of cleaning products. No paper towels. A wet swiffer that had the little container when you first buy it and 3 cleaning pads, batteries did not work on it. The floor was very dirty when we arrived. Texted one host questions per instructions and never even responded despite us figuring it out on our own. Overall - if you want to be on the River, this is a great location but the hosts fell far short of quality hosts.
