Bavinder was friendly, welcoming and clear with her communication throughout. The guest house was lovely to stay in, looked like the pictures, modern and is in a great location.

Most amazing little house to stay in! Stayed here while I was over from Sweden for work for 2 months! Felt right at home, place was lovely and clean - plus had everything I could have wanted. Bavinder was very helpful and anything I needed was always quick to respond! Thank you for letting me stay, hopefully I'll be back in England soon and can stay again.

My room was very pleasant and spacious. The bathroom was well equipped. The property is in an excellent location. Opposite is the St George’s Hill Lawn Tennis Club. World Class Sports, Fitness, Wellbeing and Social, all on your door step. Magnificent country living with proximity to London. The host was very friendly and helpful and the room was very cosy. I would recommend it to anyone who wants all the above.
