Juli was very helpful with information such as getting around and was always available for a call. Just one thing which was later rectified, foot towel was not included on the first night

The apartment was outstanding. Amazing view. Bed so comfortable. Very clean. We would go back. We hired a car and always got a parking space outside the apartment block. Could have sat on the balcony every day admiring the view of the sea and Sarande. My husband loved the pool, too cold for me. Juli was a great host and responded to all our queries. Change towels, supplied extra toilet roll, and changed pool water half way through trip. Met us on arrival to show us around apartment and went to get iron and ironing board on my request. There is a bar in room next to our apartment we stayed in but wasn’t open yet. Amazing apartment and place to visit! Thanks again for everything :)

Very nice accommodation with a very friendly host. There were some small issues (forgot to provide bed linen, hot water was not working for some hours, too little toilet paper). After a message, Juli always took care of it very quickly and solved all problems. In summary, highly recommended!
