Thank you so much Aleksander, the house was absolutely wonderful, extremely clean and spacious and wonderful for the 6 of us and the dog. Could have very easily had 4 more people staying without any issues. Loved the backyard, covered porch, large kitchen, large dining areas, duel living rooms. Everyone could do their own thing, everyone had a wonderful feeling of privacy. The location of the house is excellent, around 15-20 from the strip, and very near to the airport. Getting to and from the house, and checking in was easy. The neighborhood feels very quiet and peaceful, a wonderful place to return to after having fun nights in the city. Alexsander was incredibly helpful and accommodating and responded lightning quick to my questions. I would highly recommend this house and i would definitely stay again if ever I am back in vegas for a few days. Everyone enjoyed themselves immensely and cooked beautiful meals and played games, etc. Was wonderful. Thank you so much for having us!

Loved this house! Renovations in here are fab:) Really spacious, would be great for families and larger groups. We reckon it would sleep 12 which genuinely would work out great value. Kitchen and bathrooms were top notch. Everything feels new and fresh and we liked how there were plenty towels in cupboards which saved us having to stick the washing machine on all the time. Pool was a bit cold but honestly, after a few minutes and with the hot Nevada sun beating down, it was perfect respite from the heat. We’re from Scotland and used to baltic conditions so really wasn’t an issue for us:) Seemed to be a really nice neighborhood - quiet and peaceful and close to shops and restaurants. Aleksandar was such an accommodating host. We arrived in town hours earlier than our check-in but after some speedy communication, we got to drive straight there and unpack which was fab. We’d book this again in a heartbeat. Thanks loads for a braw stay!

This was a very spacious home. We had plenty of room. Bathrooms were new and modern. The house was hard to find simply because it did not have the house number on the house. The house number was on the curb which was impossible to see in the dark. The kitchen was spacious but lacked basic amenities (like extra paper towels, napkins, dish towels to clean/dry, sugar, coffee). It’s fine for those that do not plan to cook or have anything. House is newly remodeled and has a lot of space. We did not use the pool but it looked spacious.

Overall we had a great stay! The home is stunning and pool was great! Easy location to get an Uber and very close to the strip! Just know you are not allowed to have limos in this neighborhood. Had a hiccup getting into the home, but nothing that caused to many issues. We did have the pool guy arrive and clean the pool the day we arrived. However the next day at 8am the landscapers showed up. It woke everyone in the home up and dirtied the just cleaned pool. We were able to clean the pool up for the most part after the fact, but was a bit annoying. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would stay again!
