We stayed with another family and it was awesome! The home was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and the pool was wonderful. We had a small request and it was taken care of very quickly. We would definitely stay again.

Phoenix Lodge exceeded all our expectations and provided an unforgettable stay for our family vacation in the Smoky Mountains. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and luxury. The home was immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished, matching if not surpassing the allure of the listing photos. Every amenity we could have possibly needed was thoughtfully provided, from the abundance of towels to the well-equipped kitchen, making our stay comfortable and convenient. However, the true highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view that greeted us each morning, serving as the perfect backdrop for our family gatherings and meals. The location couldn't have been more perfect, offering easy access to Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Dollywood, and the vibrant attractions of Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Communication from the hosts was phenomenal. We will most certainly be returning again! Highly recommended!

Phoenix Lodge was an absolutely gorgeous home with spectacular views. The hosts were super friendly and responsive to all of my questions. The house was clean, organized and well stocked. We really enjoyed our time sitting out on the deck or in the hot tub enjoying the views!

Family of 4 had an absolute blast! Jim and Jessica were great hosts from the start. Their home is exactly as explained and the views are out of this world! Million dollar views! Love the pool, and the kiddie area from infants to be able to sit and be separate from the older kids! We will be back
