Localização boa, vista linda e anfitriã gentil! Precisa melhorar no quesito limpeza, não sei se foi porque entramos antecipadamente mas o apartamento ainda estava bem sujo e com vestígios de outros os hóspedes (cabelo, meias esquecidas, toalhas com mal cheiro, pelos, poeiras, papeis de chocolate embaixo da cama , lodo no banheiro e edredom manchado).

Claudia hat uns zu unserer gewünschten Uhrzeit sehr herzlich empfangen und klare Anweisungen gegeben. Zudem hat Sie uns einen Taxifahrer vermittelt und weitere Hilfe angeboten - danke nochmals dafür, es hat uns sehr gefreut. Die Aussicht aus der Unterkunft war großartig und das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet. Leider war das Badezimmer nicht richtig gereinigt, auf dem Boden lagen zB. einige Haarknäuel und wir hatten allg. das Gefühl, dass die Ablagen, Dusche etc. nicht wirklich sauber gemacht wurden. Das Badezimmer (Dusche) ist sehr eng.

The view is spectacular. I’d be happy to just stay in the room, watching the cable cars passing by and appreciating the majestic snow-covered El Illimani all day long. The apartment is located in a vibrant, lively, and safe neighborhood . It’s only minutes from the yellow line cable car station. The interior of apartment was nicely designed and renovated. The bed was comfy. I had a great stay. I honesty don’t understand the folks who didn’t give a 5 star. What more do you expect??

Great location and good communication with check in, always on the other side of the phone in case any problems! Other reviews are accurate that it is a stunning appartment but a very small shower / bathroom - other than that it is wonderful! Thank you :)
