All you need is right here. Fully stocked kitchen with all your cooking needs. Need anything just a text away. Private entry code door. Min 2 night stay. Check in 3pm check out 11:00 am. Well maintained grounds lots of room to enjoy. Walkway to back door with keycode private entry. Cozy cute comfortable rooms. Request if you like semi hard or memory foam bed mattress if no request memory foam will be on the bed.

Ann is very friendly and helpful. Everything you need is included, even supplies for one breakfast meal. The place is very well taken care of. I highly recommend this place.

Very quiet peaceful neighbourhood. Great for walks, biking. The Ice shack Bar 3 min away with live entertainment karaoke and great meals. Seaside Grill walking distance. 4 mins to Grocery store. 6 mins to Tim Hortons, Coolanders Beach beautiful 18klm. 15 min Bouctouche Beach. Cape Lumiere and Couchibouac National Park. Drive through or walk in ice cream store 2mins. Gas station with variety store 3mins. Wharf 3 mins great walking trail as well. Bonar Law Common 3min. Bouctouche Farmers Market 15min drive.
Please note that this property is not suitable for children 12 and under that are able to walk and play. Due to steep cliff with slope, the dangers and risk of safety is put first. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
Everything very close by but car needed for most destinations. I have a large driveway and you will have a parking area. If you have a bike you can get to many places. Love Kayaking places to put it in the water.
50 min to Moncton, 19 min to Bouctouche, 40min to Sediac, 30min to Cocagne, and 40 min to Miramachi, Golf course 17min to Bouctouche Golf Country Club. Walking distance to Seaside Grill Resturant.
