The 98 mq apartment is located on the second floor of a period building NOT equipped with a lift: it is therefore necessary to climb two flights of high steps to access it. We also note the presence of a flight of stairs of 10 high steps to access the terrace. The door keys are located in a safety deposit box which opens with a code, which will be provided upon check-in.
