Please do not book this space if noise from a possible event in the venue may bother you. Events may go as late as midnight. After parking behind the building in your designated spot, you'll walk in through the wooden gate and be in an enclosed courtyard. There is a boxcar Airbnb to your left, and stairs leading up to the other two units just beyond that. If the event venue has an event in process, you might encounter guests on your way up to your unit, although this won't be a common occurrence. ** Please note, guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions.
