Welcome to our two-room apartment, located in a renowned historic Milanese building on the fourth floor, accessible by elevator or stairs. The apartment is easily reachable from both airports (via shuttles and buses) and from the Central Station, which is a 5-minute walk away. If you have a car, you will find a large paid parking lot just 2 minutes away. What strikes you from the entrance of the building is the historical imprint, typical of the Milanese "ringhiera" houses. In fact, to reach the fourth floor, you can use the elevator or take a dive into the past thanks to the characteristic stairs of this architecture. Access to the apartment can be done through self-check-in, or based on your needs, we will be available to welcome you personally. The accommodation, furnished in a functional way to host travelers from all over the world, is very bright thanks to the presence of 2 balconies from which you can have a panoramic view of the city, breathing in the energy of Milan. Despite being in the city center, it is possible to enjoy peace and relaxation, without being disturbed by external noises, thanks to the soundproofed windows. It also has air conditioning (hot/cold). LIVING ROOM The cozy living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, from which you can enjoy the vision of a movie or your favorite series directly on the Smart-TV that has all the entertainment services (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Youtube, Spotify, etc.). The large area also has a complete kitchen (gas hob, fridge, oven, coffee machine, and sink) and a table where you can have your meals. BEDROOM For a quality rest after a long day of shopping, tourism, or work, you will find a cozy bedroom, complete with a double bed and a desk that you can use as a workstation, taking advantage of excellent internet connection. The apartment is equipped with a cot for children. BATHROOM Inside you will find toilets, bidet, sink, washing machine, and dryer, as well as a multi-accessorized shower and our Welcome-kit.
