Exuding charm and comfort, it has a large bedroom with queen bed, a living area with queen sofa bed and views all round. Enjoy a full kitchen and bathroom, split system air conditioner/heater, and ceiling fans. Pet friendly 15 minute stroll to the town centre 15 minute drive to beaches Come and feel the serenity! The cottage is separate from the main house, and accessed via a winding pathway. The first thing you’ll notice is the large, private deck and mountains in the distance. The living room, kitchen and bedroom all flow onto the deck via large glass sliding doors. The bedroom is well-appointed with a queen bed, quality linen, electric blankets and garden views through all windows. The living room has a vintage flavour, with leather sofa, eclectic artwork and books, and a modern Koala queen sofa bed. Linen and duvet for the sofa-bed will be provided, or we can make up the sofa-bed in advance upon request. In the rear of the cottage is the bathroom, with a back door to your own small private yard complete with a wonky old hills hoist.
