Great location and a beautifully designed space. nice and quiet at night but just 5m from Charlottesville activities. second bedroom in unit #2 doesn't have a door but wasn't an issue for our family. king bed and large primary bedroom were fantastic!

Fantastic property - super clean, spacious, and very well maintained. Outdoor aesthetics were pristine and enjoyed the firepits. The welcome bottle of wine was a very nice touch and we really enjoyed out stay. Would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment was perfect! Everything was exactly as described, and went above what many AirBNBs provide (toiletries, coffee, a bottle of wine). It was nicely decorated (my wife commented she liked the paint colors). One room has an attached bathroom, and the other doesn't -- it also doesn't have a door, but it was still pretty private -- for the bathroom you walk through the kitchen and living room. Both bathrooms were very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The driveway was a little tricky with a sedan (stay close to the mail box when pulling in and out). If you have more ground clearance it wouldn't be a problem. Very close to Monticello. I would definitely stay here again.
