O apartamento é realmente lindo. Uma vista incrível. Muito bem localizado, perto tem ótimos restaurantes e parques. Fomos com nosso filho de 3 anos e nos sentimos em casa. Os funcionários do prédio foram sempre gentis com a gente. A Bianca, que nos auxiliou, foi muito prestativa e nos auxiliou sempre que precisávamos. Voltaremos a Buenos Aires com certeza, e não tenho dúvidas que me hospedaria novamente no espaço.

The place is in a great location and has an amazing view, but even more amazing is this team of hosts. They communicate very fast and are extremely helpful, providing help with airport transfers or currency exchange. I checked in on a Saturday night and was received in the apartment by one of the hosts, who explained the basics. On Sunday I reported an issue with the hot water in the shower; they immediately responded and guided me in fixing the little boiler in the kitchen. Unfortunately, the issue required the intervention of the building’s maintenance crew, which wouldn’t be available until the following day. This meant that I wasn’t able to get hot water in the shower for two of the three nights that I had booked, but at all times they did as much as they could and moved extremely fast to ensure that my problem would be fixed on Monday morning. The day of my check out the city was battered with a terrible storm, and they were flexible with the check out time to ensure my safety.
