我们一家4个人入住了19天，感觉像在自己家一样的非常方便、舒适、温馨。二楼有三间非常棒的独立房间，让我的女儿、儿子都可以每人一间，还有一个特别好的书房，便于我孩子们每天晚上学习。厨房是我最喜欢的，除了有冰箱烤箱洗碗机以外，还有电饭煲、破壁机、烤面包机、电热水壶、咖啡机等让你感觉非常棒的小家电器。而且房东也准备了很多厨房用品。让我可以做很多美食给孩子们吃！房间的床上用品也非常的舒适和漂亮！房东也准备拿电吹风，很多毛巾和浴巾。房东准备的东西都非常贴心！电视也开通了付费软件！明年春天再来西雅图一定再次预定。

This is a lovely home in the University District. We stayed 4 nights w/our HS junior to tour UW. Kitchen is well-equipped - we bought groceries & had breakfasts & lunches at the house. The Keurig is great. No microwave, as many have pointed out, but we used the stove to warm our restaurant left-overs. Beds are super comfortable - we slept well! Living area is fine - not super “homey” as a few others have noted, & the home overall is a bit spartan, but we were able to get comfy watching movies & hanging out. We also worked from the house - the office upstairs is great for conference calls. Only one full bath, so you may have to plan if you have multiple adults, but this home is a quintessential Seattle home with creaky wood floors & a lot of character of homes of that era, but also some of the inconveniences. It has been renovated beautifully & is very clean. Parking is great w/the pass - you just need to look for a spot & it may be down the road. Allen is uber responsive & respectful.
I enjoyed my stay here. It is on a good block that's walkable to food, grocery, coffee, and a beautiful park with a playground and running trails. Also, the street has some gorgeous cherry trees and we were there are exactly the right time of year to see them blooming. Everything was exactly as listed and Allen was a good communicator. The beds are memory foam and firm-ish (my husband loved it, I prefer something softer, so to each their own). Just a note that there's no microwave and it would be nice if there was a coat rack or something to hang coats on.
