This holiday home is spacious & comfortable. It offers value for money for large families with multiple sleeping and lounge areas. It features a BBQ, hot tub, six bedrooms and close proximity to Crown Park, Taupō’s base for football events, and 4-5 minute drive to town or the lake. This two-storey character home has seven sleeping areas including a lounge area with beds and a sleep out, behind the house. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two with Queen sized beds and a Super King in the master. Each room has a panel heater. Downstairs is another bedroom with two Single bunks, sleeping four in total. In the downstairs lounge is a Single bed and another bunk with a Single on top and a Double below. Off the side of the lounge is another room with a Queen bed. At the rear of the house is a sleepout with a Queen bed that sleeps another two guests. There is a kitchenette, laundry and bathroom with shower downstairs. Upstairs is the main lounge with a large TV, a dining area and a full kitchen complete with a dishwasher. The bathroom upstairs has a bath and shower. There is a separate toilet next to this. Both lounge areas have heat pumps to keep you comfortable, year-round. There is a spa pool outside the rear of the house. Given the proximity to the neighbours, the spa can only be used before 9pm. The BBQ is offered 'as is'. You are welcome to use it, but please ensure it is cleaned after use as it is not part of our cleaners' schedule. This outdoor area is fully fenced, making it safe for you little ones. Maintenance between bookings may mean the spa is not always available, or at optimal temperature, by check in time. We will do our best to have this ready for each booking but it cannot always be guaranteed.
