As a separate unit from the main house, the suite ensures utmost privacy for our guests. You can enjoy the tranquility of your own space while still having easy access to the best Central Coast has to offer. Our location, close to the 101 highway and Cal Poly, is approximately 15 minutes to San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, Templeton, Morro Bay and a short drive to other Central Coast destinations, including Pismo Beach, Cayucos, Cambria, San Simeon, and Big Sur. This 470 square feet suite located on a private, three-acre property offers a large open layout that is carefully curated with the amenities to suit all of your needs. Unwind and relax in the sitting area where you can login to your favorite streaming service via Roku and watch your favorite shows on a 60” TV. Room amenities include one king size bed, an optional full size sleeper sofa, one full bathroom, Wifi, an in-room fridge, microwave, a Keurig coffee/tea bar, iron & ironing board, wine glasses & bottle opener, plates and silverware, shower essentials, a blow-dryer, makeup towels, and comfy bath towels.

What a magical piece of property. There is this what I would call a baby amphitheater carved out on the side of a hill. It was the greatest place to sit and have coffee from the well stocked coffee bar. Deer, hummingbirds and lizards just meander through the property without a care in the world. The suite itself is so comfortable and clean. The linens, sheets and towels are superior quality. We were centrally located to everything in SLO county. Book this place you won’t be disappointed. This weekend exceeded our expectations.

Bryce was very quick to respond and accommodating to requests. The place was very clean and well decorated. Every detail was thought of. It was just what we needed for a quick weekend trip.
Bryce was a great house and this rental is conveniently located in a serene country setting that is just a few minutes from the city of Atascadero. The host clearly communicated and made sure we had what we needed. The unit was well stocked with essentials and the views from the property are stunning! There is a locked door in the unit that attaches to the main house- no biggie, but it’s not fully detached just as an fyi. It’s also an older house and insulation is limited. You can hear the movements of people in the main house- it was minimal. They were definitely respectful of the fact that there were guests below- again, no biggie, just something to note :) My family of 4 (including 2 small children) were comfortable here for a few days.

Quiet rural feel but only minutes from bars/restaurants.
Please park at the bottom of the driveway next to the wall, near the gate. A short walk up the driveway will bring you to the suite on the left side of the driveway. If you have physical restrictions that prevent walking up the driveway, please let us know, and we can make accommodations.
