O ponto alto da casa é a localização numa região belíssima no circuito das Lagunas de Acomayo e próxima de atrações como a Rainbow Mountain, Waqrapukara, Palcoyo, Pallay Poncho e Q’eswachaka, evitando sair de madrugada de Cusco. A casa é espaçosa tem uma excelente cama e bons travesseiros. A calefação é boa. Tem área para estacionar o carro e a máquina de lavar roupa é um plus. A cidade é muito segura e seus habitantes muito hospitaleiros. Rodrigo é comunicativo e atende prontamente as demandas e disponibiliza bicicletas para uso dos hóspedes. Agora é bom saber que a cidade Carece de infraestrutura turística, não tem restaurantes e o comércio é bem precário. Você será acordado com os anúncios comunitários às 5:30 da manhã e que a cidade tem horários pré determinados para o fornecimento de água o que compromete o banho. A Internet também é precária.

Nice house in silence area. We felt safe and had everything we needed. Good to stay, when you want to visit some rainbow mountains. The communication with Rodrigo was easy and friendly.

Acopia is small village in the middle of 4 lagunas, such a nice place to use as a base and wonder arround. You can even visit rainbow mountain in one day and come back, as well as some other attractions. Note that there are no restaurants or bigger shops, so best is to bring food with you. Rodrigo is a perfect host, very responsive and full of advices about places to visit. He was responding to any our query in just few minutes. The house needs some proper maintenance and cleaning, which we suggested to Rodrigo. Also note that some amenities are hard to use, like washing machine that needs to be taken out and plugged in in the backyard. Unfortunately, we were welcomed with used sheets from previous guests, but on good side, towels and bathrooms were clean. If you're choosing this place to stay because specific amenities, first check if those are available. Otherwise, this house could be real potential because of the location, but it needs to be brought up to Airbnb standards.

Rodrigo is actually a professional tour guide by day, so he was very good recommendations for the entire region of Cusco. He was very attentive, and wanted to make sure we had a great experience. The house is very new but the hot water was not functioning properly, even during the hours where there was supposedly more pressure. It should also be noted that there are no food options in the vicinnity, so make sure you bring dinner!
