It was built in 1983 and has been around for so many memories! Please know that we take a lot of pride in keeping our home an inviting place for guests. It is not new or perfect, but it is loved. Entry: Here you will find a welcome table with a welcome binder. We spent a lot of time creating this binder with helpful instructions and area tips. We'd love it if you'd sign our guest book. Living Room: Here you will find a large couch, two chairs, a four seater bar top, 55in Roku TV and a fireplace w/electric insert! There is a table against the wall behind the couch with a U.S. map. We'd love it if you'd put a pin to show where you're visiting from. Kitchen: Stocked 1983 kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and dining. Please note that we've decorated and maintained it nicely. The appliances are new! Everything functions, but the cabinets are not brand new. Dining Room: The dining room houses a farm style table with two benches on each side. This table will comfortably seat 5 - 7 people. Bedroom One: This bedroom is located Downstairs off the living room hallway. It features a King size bed, two night stands, two lamps, a vanity/office desk, full length mirror, room darkening curtains, 55in Roku Tv, and my personal favorite a private electric fireplace! Bedroom Two: This bedroom is located Downstairs off the living room hallway. It features a Queen size bed, Li’l Pengyu Bedside Bassinet for Baby, dresser, vanity/office desk, two lamps, room darkening curtains, 55in Roku Tv, and my personal favorite a private electric fireplace! Bathroom One: This is between bedrooms one and two, has a bathtub/rain shower combo and a separate vanity area. Bedroom Three: This might very well be my favorite room in the house! This room features vaulted ceilings and large breath taking windows overlooking the backyard. This would be the room I would suggest for my early risers. Due to the uniqueness of this room we were unable to hang curtains; allowing the natural sunlight to flow in, in the mornings! We got creative with this room and decided on a Queen canopy bed allowing us to provide room darkening curtains to pull shut all around the bed. This room also features; a twin/twin day bed, 55in Roku Tv, private fireplace and bedside tables. Bedroom Four: Our last bedroom features two sets of full/full bunkbeds (these beds are suitable for adults, couples, and kids) a 55" Roku Tv, and board games! This room also features private patio doors leading out to the second story deck. For this room we recommend keeping the room darkening curtains closed for temperature control. Bathroom Two: This is inside bedroom four. It has a jetted bathtub, rain shower, two separate vanities, and a large mirror. Laundry Room: Here you'll find the stackable washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, mop, and broom. Garage: Welcome to our second most cherished area! Make the most of your time here by engaging in ping pong or shuffleboard. Do note that this space isn't climate-controlled. If you desire a fresher atmosphere, don't hesitate to raise the garage door. Just be aware that this might invite some bugs inside. While we're perfectly fine with tidying up after your visit, don't be surprised if a few insects make their way in due to the open doors. Outside: Our home is fully equipped with a BBQ grill, so you can cook up a feast while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Here you will find ample patio furniture, pool, hot tub, and a few outdoor games. Second Level Patio: Our large patio is perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a meal with family and friends. Relax in our comfortable patio seating or gather around the outdoor dining table complete with a propane fire-pit and lighting for those cooler evenings. Pool: Our brand new pool is being completed July 2023! Pool Details: The pool features a shallow end with a depth of 3.5 feet and a deep end that reaches 6 feet. It remains accessible throughout the year, but it's important to be aware that it isn't heated (that's where the hot tub comes in!). A professional pool maintenance company takes care of cleaning and servicing the pool on a weekly basis. Please take note: Occasionally, leaves and insects may find their way into the pool due to its outdoor location. This is a common occurrence and doesn't indicate a lack of maintenance or cleanliness; in fact, it can happen shortly after the pool company's visit. We provide a pool net for your convenience, allowing you to remove any debris as needed or desired. The host is not liable for any injury sustained on the property or around the pool. Please stay at least 10 feet away from the edge of the pool at all times when not getting in to swim. The concrete can be slippery when wet. Do not run on the concrete around the pool. For your safety it is not advised to drink alcohol near the pool. These warnings are required by Airbnb. Hot Tub: Our hot tub receives weekly professional cleaning and servicing from a reputable pool company. To ensure optimal temperature and prevent motor strain, kindly remember to keep the cover on when the hot tub is not in use. Your enjoyment and the longevity of the equipment are our priorities.
