Take it easy at this secluded, waterfront cabin near beautiful Magnolia Beach. Fish or launch kayaks from your front yard. This rustic property is located down a dirt road that can be very difficult to access when it rains a lot. 4x4 vehicles recommend. During dry times, the road is fine. Wildlife of all kinds are sometimes seen, many species of birds, bobcat, deer, and sometimes snakes. Alligators live in Old Town Lake, much like any body of water in South Texas. Swimming not recommended.

Great communication and awesome stay! Property is in a nice private area and a great spot to get away and relax! April went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. Will definitely book again next time I am in the area!
Great and calm place for fishing, near the beach, great place to stay and live rural life as well as close restaurant, owner was hospitable
Perfect last minute getaway for spring break with kids. Surprisingly I never hear “I’m bored” as there was something to do for everyone. The cabin was in a great location and the fishing was good. April was quick to respond to questions we had. We will definitely be visiting again.
Very quite and peaceful..
Need 4 wheel drive, for sure - the road got very muddy with rain, tough to get in and out. No wifi. Small, but comfortable for 2. Very pretty spot.

Rural, waterfront property with free range cattle and a variety of wildlife. Guests should be aware of the presence of alligators and snakes. Not seen often but they do live here. Small dogs and children should not swim in Old Town Lake, the bottom is very deep mud. Great for kayakers and fishermen. County road with limited maintenance. When it's dry the road is dusty but fine. When it rains it is very muddy and sometimes inaccessible to regular vehicles. 4x4 vehicles recommended.
