Olive house is three storied house with an area 192,5 sq. m.. which include a spacious kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets, 2 shower rooms and laundry. Also it has a security alarm, wi-fi, TV, first aid box, safe box, a covered parking for 2 cars. On the ground floor there are panoramic windows, so you can enjoy picturesque views on the private swimming pool and garden with the swimming pool and garden. The house is suitable for 8 people. The Olive House has 3 floors, four bedrooms, two on the second floor, two on the ground floor. Bedrooms are spacious and bright. On the second and ground floors there are showers and toilets. The guest bathroom is located on the first floor, laundry room with a washing machine, between the first floor and the ground floor. Living room conditionally consists of two areas - a TV area with a large three-meter sofa where you can relax or watch TV with Russian channels and a zone of the fireplace, beside which you can sit comfortably in a chair and dream .... The kitchen is next to the living room, there are panoramic windows that allow you to access the garden and pool directly from the kitchen. Next to the pool there is an area for swimming and relaxation, and a covered patio – for barbecue. It is located 1 kilometer away from Sani Resort and the sea. There is everything: not only the sea and beaches, restaurants and playgrounds, also you can rent bicycles for children and adults to ride along the promenade or just take a walk in the evening admiring the view of the sea.

Yulia’s place was everything that was advertised and more. We are very picky guests and can always find something wrong, but not this time. Spotless, beautiful, easy to find, great host!
Olive House was an amazing place. Super clean. The price including an additional cleaning the middle of the trip which was extremely nice. The unit is private among two others in the fencing. Each unit has a pool. It was nice having a private pool. The pool was really big. The kitchen was fully equipped. The area is near Sani Beach you will need a small car to navigate. Nearby towns were a great place to visit and eat. Grocery stores are within 15 minutes. Many beaches nearby to drive to. The place is truly fantastic. The three units Olive, Lemon, and Fig house are behind a private fence with a security gate. You will enter with remote. Both Yulia and Kostas meet us there once we arrived. I called them when I got the the place and they came within a few minutes. Just like expected the unit was very big with 4 bedrooms, two full baths, and a half bath. Had a nice washer. The place was super clean and was modern. The patio has furniture for relaxing. Kostas was very helpful and is an super nice guy. Helped carry the luggage in when we arrived as Yulia showed us the place. They cleaned the pool numerous times. The cleaning crew were also super nice. The kind hearted people of Greece is amazing. I love Greece and the staff at Olive House. Can't wait to visit again. Nearby town of Afytos was super cool to visit. Also Metoxi Restaurant in the hills was amazing.
Great villa for friends or families! If in big groups, consider hiring the two neighbouring villas as well! Pool, amenities and location all great - hire a car and you are set!
The house is perfectly located by Sani beach. Extreamly clean and spacious. The pool is just brilliant, large, clean and the right temperature. Kostas, the local host is just a gentleman, from the checking process, throughout our stay, he was attentive, responsive and took care of everything. Even offered to accopny us to the covid test. overall the stay was brilliant and we highly recommend it.
