We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was clean, furnished well with all the essentials and worked especially well for us as it was very kid friendly and our kids made themselves right at home with the books and toys :) The terrace was beautiful with a lovely view of the city. Connectivity to public transport was also quite good with both bus and metro stations being quite walkable. The host was super responsive and helpful all the while. Only the door locks need some figuring out the first time, after that you are all set for a very comfortable stay at this apartment. We'd love to be back here on our next Paris visit!

Spacieux, agréable, bien équipé, hôte réactif et flexible, je vous recommande l’adresse pour un séjour à saint-ouen ! Je vous invite à passer à COMMUNALE, une halle gourmande, festive et culturelle au pied de l’appartement !! Très belle adresse pour passer un moment convivial ;)

Lovely and very spacious space in a great location. Family friendly house with complete amenities. The flat is a 5 minute walk from M14 which is a direct line to Gare De Lyon. Going to Paris City Centre will approximately take 20-30 minutes. There’s just a bit of minor nuance with the door, needs a bit of pull and push force in order for the electronic mechanism to work. But all in all, it was a pleasant experience. Would gladly recommend.

We really loved staying at this place, it was in a friendly and walkable neighborhood. I'll definitely would stay here in the future and so would my friends. The host was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. Felt very welcomed here, 100% recommend.

Ravi de notre séjour en famille à Paris. Superbe appartement sécurisé et très moderne dans un nouveau quartier en plein essor, à proximité des transports en commun. et de toute une série de commerces (boulangerie, supermarché, pharmacie, etc.) Superbe terrasse avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel. Tout était conforme à nos attentes. Et mention spéciale pour le lien internet avec toutes les infos pratiques (transport, wifi, restos, contacts, etc.). Bref, nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors d'un de nos prochains passages à Paris.
