From the sunrise over Alligator Lake, to cooling off in the pool or napping in the hammock, to gourmet s’mores over the campfire, this amazing home will surround you with all the amenities a person could possibly want! This home was made to entertain! It has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are master suites. Each room is unique as they are named and decorated from the owners travels. There is also a pool table, dart board, library, game closet and the coup de resistance: a media room! Inside you’ll have 4 awesome and unique bedrooms, a large dining room and kitchen as well a large laundry room. Downstairs there is a library, pool table and the amazing media room! The backyard is the bees knees 🐝. There are 4 double French doors throughout the house that lead you outside to the large multileveled deck space that includes the pool, large outdoor table and the fire pit. Beyond the deck is a huge yard shaded by giant magnolia and cypress trees that line the lake edge. It’s a very engaging and peaceful place to hide from the world and enjoy that much needed time with family or friends

Their home was beautiful, comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood and close to stores. The days were sunny allowing us to use pool/deck area and the fire pit at night. We saw alligators, bottle nose turtle and various feathered wildlife. I will definitely stay here during future visits to Lake City.
Great house.. super helpful and friendly host that was very accommodating. The house was exactly what we needed for a group of friends to rendezvous, great spaces for visiting.
Everything was wonderful and exactly as listed. We had a great time with family and enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. Beautiful scenery and so calming! We will definitely stay again if we're in the area!
I was told there would be a $200 cleaning fee, 2 weeks before reservation. That was at least amonth after I initially reserved. Cleaning fee has always been included in total price. I was stuck because I rented place for my sons wedding. Read the fine print if you ever rent this house.
It was a fantastic home and stay! I had an issue with the entry keypad one evening and the host was super responsive and got it taken care of right away. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Best of both worlds! Out front is a friendly neighborhood right in town, great for walking or running. Out back feels very private and far from everything—right on the water’s edge.
Parking in front of home. Side yard can park up to 4 vehicles in a diagonal, double driveway can park up to 4. If hosting an event, street parking is available

We are a couple who have had many amazing adventures and hope to have many more! We have 3 kids who are married with 6 grandkids. They all make our life the best!! We moved from Montana down here to Florida when 2 of our girls ended up down here with the military and decided to stay. Well, one stayed, the other had to go Colorado for a stint. But they will be back in a few years. Our son and his wife decided to join us, so we are all happy!
