If I could give this host and the location a negative zero I definitely would. I ended up getting some of my money back from air bnb this host needs to be kicked off of air bnb. So many problem. This house needs updating. He has rats running around the house. Kitchen etc. I have the video proof that I will be uploading. He has instructions when checking in that you can have access to the pool lights. After check in I asked him how to access the lights he then told me it was only for the owners. Juan is rude and nasty. Absolutely disgusting. I hate I even paid my money. The fridge has a leak, toilet kept running over. Mann this place horrible. We stayed gone most of our time in PR. Please don’t book this property please. It’s horrific.

Beware bed bugs! Issues wife & I had: wifii is bad, all the beds were dirty so we had to buy detergent to wash (entire family of five left with bed bug bites), fridge & sink leaked water so we put towels down so kids wouldn’t slip, clunk of hair found in shower, a yard worker showed up unexpectedly & was power washing on our first morning & did lawn maintenance most of the days we stayed - it wasn’t a complete scare because a previous renter review mentioned he showed up without notice also & must say he was very nice & helped us turn on the water fountain feature in front yard. The views & outside property grounds are amazing, pool is clean & an hour drive to the luminescent bay & rain forest. However, owner would only reply “received” to some issues & did not reply when told & sent pictures of us covered in bed bug bites. With all these issues we won’t stay again!

The architecture and location were stunningly beautiful and peaceful. The pool was clean. The kitchen was functional. However, the wi-fi did not work. The gas grill was broken and the glass doors needed maintenance. There was a lot of lizard/rodent waste around the grill area and in one of the bedrooms. There was even a dead lizard under a pillow in one of the beds, which had clearly been there for a while. All in all it’s a beautiful location and property but it is rustic and needs some maintenance. All things considered we had a great time and would still come back.

The location itself is STUNNING - you are really paying for the views. Truly breathtaking. You can hear the animals all day and all night. Our issues were more around lack of supplies. We were a group of 11 people but only one of the shower heads worked - so we def had issues trying to shower with only one option. The kitchen was not stocked for our group so we ended up going to the store and buying cutting boards, knives, dishes, toilet paper, sheets and a blanket to use on the couch. We left all of the things behind so the next guests won't have the same issues. The wifi did NOT work the entire time we were there, so keep that in mind. The pool was very clean but the photos are def old regarding that. However the space was very clean, the beds were very comfy and the blankets and pillows were a nice quality. Again the views were INCREDIBLE! We didn't leave the space all weekend as we were on a yoga retreat. Overall we enjoyed our stay :)
