Really enjoyed our stay. It is listed as a guest house but it is basically a private house. Great layout. Modern, California style interior. Green and quiet surroundings. 5-10 min drive to downtown Tustin. And Janell is super responsive. Would definitely stay here again. It was like being at a 5-star boutique property.

We had a wonderful stay. The area was peaceful, quiet and relaxing. The home was beautiful and very clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. I also appreciated the shower bars and built in shower bench because my senior mother was with us, and it really helped for her to feel extra secure. We were in the Los Angeles area to visit Disneyland. This was a perfect location for this, and I would definitely return when in the area!

We've stayed here once before and we loved it so much we came back. One of the cleanest and most well put together airbnb's I have ever stayed in and Janell has been a wonderful host both times. I have nothing bad to say about this listing, it's also private with lovely scenery. This is now our go to spot in the OC.

if you book this place you won't regret it! Very nice, quiet and private. Great neigborhood and friendly host. I will be sure to book it up again!
