Was going to write a good review but then everything turned sideways once we left and checked out. Property manager called me and said we broke the window handles which fell off on contact and dishwasher that was already broken and told us we left a hole in the loft when there was no hole when we left. Also host complained about the place being left a mess because a few water bottles and other things were left out on the table and countertop. All checkout rules were followed except for one, which we left food in the fridge by accident because we were on a time crunch and already past our checkout. Aside from that, we paid for the house in full, including a $275 cleaning fee which we paid for to clean after us and was more than sufficient for the amount of work that had to be done to clean up one table and one countertop additionally to the rest of the house. Overall, felt really disrespected by the property manager and personally would never rent from this management company again.

This property was such a beautiful place to spend time at. The house easily accommodated and slept 10 people comfortably. The access to the lake was very easy for the sure footed folks. The dock was nice to sit and spend time on as well.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location!! plenty of room for our family with all the comforts of home. We can't wait to book again next summer!!

House was beautiful and had great lakefront access and views. There is a dock on the property which made swimming easy and there is also a marina close by that allows for boat rentals, which our group took advantage of.

This is a brand new remodel 2022-2023. Everything inside is brand new - excellent! Beautiful kitchen with all brand new appliances and well stocked. The place is beautiful and it is at the end of the street, so you really only have neighbors to the right as you are facing the lake. The host (The Real Estate Firm) was phenomenal and very punctual with communication. Since this is a new rental, they are still working out some kinks - like trash/recycling bins and pick up procedures. But they will get all of this ironed out - and it didn't detract from the experience at all. I would say the only slight negative is the air conditioning on the main floor of the house - I don't think the unit is big enough for the space. On hot days, it struggled to keep the main floor at 75 degrees and this also makes the loft almost unusable at it is the hottest place in the house. The basement was an ice box tho - win!! Private dock and location in quite cove is AMAZING! You will not be disappointed!
