We were a 4:45pm same-day booking and are incredibly thankful that Simon and wife responded and let us stay for the night. We had one dog with us and the floors are concrete so no worries there. Thank you for the stay!

Perfect quiet weekend stay! The studio was super clean and cozy. Great local southern food within 5 minutes

Loved this stay. The host was super responsive (probably the best we've ever had!). The location was excellent as was the unit. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy. Had a rustic charm that was super relaxing. The coffee and creamer was much appreciated. While we didn't use it, had cookware along with plates and utensils. The only thing it didn't have was a TV but honestly, we didn't miss it.

We had a great stay at Red Owl Courts. This newly renovated boutique hotel is very charming and the bed / bedding was extremely comfortable. Thank you Simon for being a wonderful host!

Simon and Sierra have a series of cute studios. The location is very easy to get to, and a very quiet location. The pool and patio area was great, I spent most of my time out by the pool. It’s close to the Colorado River, and Rocky Hill Ranch. Pleasant stay.
