Apartment on the 26th floor: is a corner apartment of the building with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony with street view, direct sea view from two bedrooms (However, slightly blocked by a building in front ) . The room is equipped with a washing machine. Fully provided: blankets, pillows, towels and necessary toiletries, dryer.... The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking utensils, TV, refrigerator... NOTE: THE APARTMENT PROVIDES FREE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE

Sunny's house has a basement for motorbikes, and a basement for cars. If you rent a Sunny’s motorbike, you will receive a free parking fee because we have paid it. If you want to park your car or motobike which is not Sunny’House in the basement, there will be a fee. You can also park your car on the roadside outside the building. Everyone who live in here often do so. Sunny will guide you when checking in.
