Mi estancia en este alojamiento en Bali fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el momento en que llegué, me sentí envuelto en una atmósfera de tranquilidad y serenidad. Las instalaciones son impresionantes, con habitaciones amplias y bien decoradas que ofrecen vistas espectaculares de los alrededores exuberantes. El personal fue excepcionalmente amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a satisfacer cualquier solicitud o necesidad que tuviera. Además, la ubicación es perfecta. Sin duda, recomendaría este alojamiento a cualquiera que busque una experiencia inolvidable en Bali.
This villa experience was not what we expected, the staff were friendly when we checked in and it’s definitely a beautiful building. There were various aspects that felt like a let down considering it is managed by a hospitality management group, one of the ac remotes was out of batteries, the showers flooded, there were woman’s hair bands on the ledge in one bathroom, the soaps felt like cheap refills which appears to be a way to reduce costs, no breakfast when paying 5.6 million IDR was pretty rough, we also asked for some bags of ice and were charged for it upon check out. The towels smelt like they were washed in house and not dealt with a professional laundry. No amenities in the bathrooms. The villa overall felt unclean and not as hygienic as you’d expect for that price range. We only met staff briefly and they were friendly. The neighbourhood is noisey and there was a local village party with loud music into the evening too.
Nice villa for a short term stay. However the main living space with kitchen & lounge is unliveable. It was so hot & like a greenhouse with no AC in there. Cooking meals was so difficult with it being so hot. So for long term stays I personally wouldn’t choose. A few things didn’t work like the garden lights, the extractor fan, the LED lights … Which isn’t a huge deal but you expect when paying high prices. The host was great and super responsive. The villa apart from those few things was brilliant. Thankyou.
